Our Policy
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these easy steps to get the process rolling:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will email you within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the Returns Authorisation number inside the package, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The timing depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original card within 3-5 business days after we approve the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
