Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Here’s how we get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: A$12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 10-15 days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over A$50, we use EMS. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 15-25 days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your new gear, but we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit—literally or figuratively. That’s why we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products if the original packaging and tags have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear or washing:
  • Boardshorts
  • Bottoms
  • Knits
  • Pants
  • Heritage Tees

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these easy steps to get the process rolling:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will email you within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the Returns Authorisation number inside the package, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The timing depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original card within 3-5 business days after we approve the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
