All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities available for purchase and reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.
2.4 Product Limitations
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on boardshorts, bottoms, knits, pants, and heritage tees if the original packaging and tags have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear or washing.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process
Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.
3.3 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
4.2 Shipping Methods and Times
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: A$12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 10-15 days after shipping.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50 via EMS. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 15-25 days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.
4.3 Shipping Problems
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products if the original packaging and tags have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear or washing:
- Boardshorts
- Bottoms
- Knits
- Pants
- Heritage Tees
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Wait for our customer service team to email you a Returns Authorisation number and instructions.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the Returns Authorisation number, and mail it to the provided address using a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 3-5 business days after approval; please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
5.5 Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
